Sports massage session including :

-Dynamic & static assessment, involving ROM mobilisations and postural analysis 

-Soft tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and mobilisation techniques

-Aftercare plan

An initial consultation will take approximately 1-1 1/2hrs. There after approx. 1hr

*Important to note that each client is treated as an individual, therefore no two horses/clients are the same. It is important to Maddie that each session/treatment are allocated the appropriate time
